Blue Diamond is a 13,000 sq. ft. villa with modern interiors, spacious floor plans, five full bedrooms plus an additional room with a day bed, a swimming pool, and a heated jacuzzi for up to twelve people. This villa’s unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three levels have a central area surrounded by smaller rooms in the “petals,” or alcoves.

Blue Diamond features a magnificent Grand Room with 21-foot high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in addition to a triangular, glass-topped table in the formal dining room that can seat up to fourteen people. A custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop and refrigerator leads into the gourmet kitchen, and private powder rooms lie in the surrounding alcoves. On the second floor, there is a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, two card tables, a ping pong table and an ocean view.

Antilles Pearl offers 10,800+ sq. ft. of luxurious living space with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The villa was fully renovated in 2018 and enjoys direct beach access to Shoal Bay West, one of the most beautiful and private beaches on Anguilla.
